At Abbot's Shoes, we stand by the craftsmanship of our footwear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure every step you take in our shoes is one of absolute comfort and confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them within a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
